Fertilizer for rhododendrons

Plants receive a natural supply of nitrogen from organic matter and soil minerals. But this is usually not enough to meet the needs of crops.

When nitrogen is insufficient in the soil, this is the limiting factor for optimal plant growth. This can be supplemented with mineral fertilizers during the growth periods.

Sulfuric ammonia can be used to fertilize acid-loving plants. The fertilizer is acidifying and therefore beneficial for these plants. This fertilizer is also very suitable for the cultivation of berry bushes that prefer a low pH.
